Monday 5th September
Our College celebrated the occasion of Teacher's day on 5th Sept at 12.00 to
2:30 p.m in the College campus. All the Students and Staff member were invited
to join the celebration Mr. M.K Arora and his wife and the relatives of our
worthy director Sir were inviting as a chief guest or guest on that occasion.
The hall of the college was decorated by the students & by the teacher (miss
Sunita). Firstly, the tilak ceremony of teh worthy chief guests, chairperson of
was done by Mrs. Rinkle & by Miss Preeti Arora. Mr. parshotom had sung Gayatri
Mantra. I (Harmeet Kaur) was also participating inthat function a short speech
on Teacher's day was given by me to praise of my respected teacher's. A
monoacting prepared by Mr. Jaswant poy and many other short plays, songs etc
were performed by students one intersting thing was also there Baby shaia
performed a dance and the game for teacher's which was conducted by Mrs Vandana
was also very intersting in which our S.S teacher Miss Gurpreet Kaur & our chief
guest's wife who is the principal of saint kabir's school stood first. The
teacher's awarded the gifts by their students. Our Worthy chairman gave a short
message welcome to all students in the Mater Mind College of Education. Mr. M.K.
Arora who was the chief guest on that day had given a short message to the
students and he was so impressed by the student that he donated a sum of money
of the college.
At last miss Sunita was award by their students as the best teacher of the
college. She was also the incharge of the programme. At 2:30 p.m the pragramme
was concluded by our stage conductor Mrs Ramandeep Kaur. Refreshment were also
be there. Each member of the college & management make his best for the success
of the programme. That was the first cultural programme of the college which was
conducted by students & Teacher too successfully. And lastly Thanks for all the
students who can co-operate with participating students & the college committee

Eye Donation Camp |
Wednesday - 7th September
A seminar on 'the importance of eye donation & for T.B.
cure was organished by the team of doctors in the Master
mind College of Education" on 7th sep at 12:00 p.m. to
3:00p.m.
Dr.swara singh sidhu (S.M.O sungat), Dr. harjit Singh
(eye specialist ) and Dr. D.D. Bajaj Doctorate of T.B)
were gathered over there as a guest member's of the
programme. Our stage conductor Miss Misha jain started
the Programme our worthy director Sir and all the
student welcome the team in Master mind College of
Education. Rangoli was prepared by miss Meetu Gupta and
by Mrs. Reshoo Jain. All the speakers underlying the
importance of donating eyes for all those who so ever
never saw this glorious world. Eye donation was ranked
as the highest form of service to humanity and the best
form of worship of od. on that occasion Dr. Harjit who
is an eye specialist told us about the importance of eye
donation. he further said that the cancer patient cannot
donate his eyes but a T.B patient can be second topic
was about the disease of tuber closes. Dr. D.D. Bajaj
Told us about this disease its causes, preventation,
about its techniques, time of total treatment and lastly
importance of dots. Third topic is about general eyes
cure. dr.harjit singh said that Don't discourage anybody
for the use of spectacles / glasses.
The Further replied that when dust particles comes in
contact with our naked eyes than it is too harmful as
compared tom lenses eyes. He told us lot of points about
lasik lazer, white black myopia etc. Students and
teachers questioned him for attaining more & more
knowledge about the topic and he he replied every answer
in a very good way. the purpose of this seminar to
motivate the students for eye donation. A man can never
loses anything after donating eyes, but he or she can
earn blessings of almighty and unbounded gratitude of
the one who give this kind of gifts. I am also impressed
by speaker many audience pledged to donate eyes after
death.

Extension Lecture BY T.S. Sodhi |
An Extension Lecture on human resource Development was
organised by Dr. T.S.Sodhi in Master Mind College of
Education on 8th oct 2005 at 10:00am to 12:30pm Dr. T.S.
Sodhi coming as a chief guest .Our Stage conductor Mrs.
rajinder kaur had started the programme. Than Dr. T.S.
Sodhi Started his Lecture. He firstly told us about his
education than he told us about his career which was
started with the study of vocational Guidance. At first
he had join the himachal universiy then in 1985 he had
shifted in punjabi University. he wrote so many books
and his publication not only known in punjab but all
over the world / India . he had done an experiment on
human resource Development Acc to him Human resource
development is nothing but it is the development of all
educational activities. he also told us a difference
between growth and development that Development is
planning & growth is automatic and for development we
need man, material, money and entrepreneurship. Man is
the important factor in development.
He was also given comparison of human resource
development of India with other countries. It was the
very interesting lecture which gave a lot of knowledge
to the students. students clear their doubts after
lecture, Lastly our worthy director sir and madam sunita
gave a short speech to thanks of Mr. Sodhi's visit in
Master Mind College of Education. and gave a grand great
knowledge about human resource development to the
students & others. And than programme was concluded by
our stage conductor very interestingly and successfully
with the co-operation of students, Staff members & other
